House Rules & Policies :

• 12 guests maximum includes infants of any age
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• No Parties
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
• Before a reservation is deemed valid and confirmed, the Primary Guest must provide proof of a current and valid state issued driver’s license, provide the full names, ages and contact information for all guests who will be staying, and sign and agree to the terms, conditions and house rules contained within the Rental Agreement.
• Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
• Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
